Title: Perfect spot for family fun
For dads, it would be great if the hotel provided a small play area or games room for children.

Our rooms with a shared bathroom were great. 😊 the price of $57 was really affordable. the staff here were super helpful and always went out of their way to meet our needs. the location, just a short walk from the Scala Sancta Sanctuary, was both quiet and convenient.

Conveniently located near bus and metro stations, within a 20-minute walk to the Coliseum. Offers independence and a simple space for a couple of days. Affordable with a private room, bathroom, and the option to walk to various attractions. Friendly and helpful staff available. Quiet at night due to the window's positioning. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at Residenza Laterano for my recent trip to Rome. I was there for 4 nights and it was the perfect choice for my budget. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great advice and even offering a welcome shot of rum. The location was excellent, with the Colosseum just a 20-minute walk away. The room, although a bit dark, was clean and the facilities were sufficient. The bed could have been more comfortable, but overall, it was a fantastic deal for the price.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, close to subway and within walking distance to major attractions.- Clean room and comfortable bed.
Dark room with permanently closed shutters, lacking natural light. Shared bathroom could be cleaner and toilet seat was broken.

Our room at Residenza Laterano was incredibly spacious and clean. The staff member who greeted us was exceptionally friendly and provided us with a helpful map and great tips about exploring the city. The location was convenient, with public transportation nearby and a fantastic gelato bar right next door. Although the mattress was a bit uncomfortable and there were a few minor issues like slow wifi and a broken shower, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for low-budget travelers who want a cozy place to rest their heads while exploring Rome.
